Welcome to the website for Women’s Self-Defense. Here you will find information pertaining to the self-defense courses taught in the Berks county region by instructor Alex B. Pinero.
The About Page gives a bit of background on Alex and the intent of the course.
The Course Overview page outlines the course; what we teach and the three-step building process we use over the course of the seminar.
Students will now be required to register for courses in advance of the class dates. This is necessary to ensure attendance and allows us to schedule classes.
